  • How can I join Cotton Bleu®?

            Buyer memberships are FREE. From the main page, simply click the Become a Member and click Register link, fill out the application and submit documents that verify your business, such as the business license, seller permit and recent invoices of purchases from other wholesale vendors. Please be advised that all submitted documents must match exactly with your business name and address. Approximately after 1 to 2 business days, we will confirm your membership and you will have full access to shopping the latest styles at the best prices from www.cottonbleu.com. Or call us at (213) 747-0186 for any question you have.

  • Why do you verify my information before allowing membership?

         Cotton Bleu® by Nu Label is a wholesale online shopping mall, and not open to the general public.
The verification process is for the protection of our customers, and to ensure that all merchandise is purchased by wholesale buyers for resale only.

  • I've registered but still cannot access some vendor stores. Do I have to register again?

          In most cases, you have full access to www.cottonbleu.com after our review of your application and supporting business documents. Cotton Bleu®, however, still have the option to deny access to their store. If you have not been granted access to www.cottonbleu.com within 3 business days, please call us at (213) 747-0186.

  • Can non US-residents obtain a membership?

           Yes. Cotton Bleu® is a worldwide online shopping mall. Anyone with a verifiable business in the fashion and apparel industry can join to be a member. *If a business license or seller permit number is unavailable, please type: CottonBleu7777. You may submit other documents to verify your business.

  • What if I forget my ID and password?

         If you forget your password, click Forgot Password and enter the email address that you have registered with us. If the email address you registered is no longer valid, please contact customer service for assistance at (213) 747-0186

  • Is my personal information safe and secure?

         We value your privacy and the security of your personal information. We will never share your information with others. Our servers and network are protected by the latest security systems, and firewalls are always in place to safeguard your personal and confidential information.

  • What are the shipping costs?

         Shipping costs may differ depending on shipping method, and are added to your order amount after fullfill your order. For detailed refer shipping information.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

         After review of your order and confirming product availability, We will send you an email confirming your order, including shipping costs. After processing your credit card information at this time, We ships your order.      

  • How do Pre-Orders work?

          A Pre-Order is where a customer places and order for an item that we do not yet have in stock. In this event, we reserve the customers's order and when we have the required item(s) in stock, we despatch them to the customer.  

  • What happens if my Pre-Order doesn't come into stock?

          If the delivery date for an item changes, we will update that item on our website as well as send you an Email. If we cannot fulfill Pre-Orders, we will send you an email to confirm the reason why

  • Has my order shipped?

          Click the "My Account" link at the top left-hand side of our site to check the status of your order.

  • What is Cotton Bleu ® by Nu Label return policy?

        Cotton Bleu ® wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase please see below:

We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. All damage and/or return claims should be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Damaged/Returned merchandise must be mailed back to us within 2 weeks of the approval date.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without an RA number.

We request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers’ packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.

We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer. Most to all cases are issued as store credit and not a refund.

Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping.

All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.

There is a 30% restocking fee for any unauthorized or overdue returns.
